Kids love making their own pizzas, and they are the perfect way to use all your home grown herbs and vegetables.
Prepare a range of toppings for the kids to choose from. Favourites include basil, oregano, tomato, corn, capsicum and sliced meats.
Pita bread - 1 per person
Mozzarella or Pizza Cheese mix
Your choice of toppings
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius
Using a spoon, spread the tomato paste over the pita
Top with cheese
Cook until crisp and golden around the edges
Once your pizza is cooked, you can add additional toppings such as rocket, baby spinach or some additional basil leaves. Now it's time to eat your creation... YUM!
